Peter Brock
Rhode Island Elite Lacrosse Club Founder
Peter is the head coach of the Barrington
High School girls lacrosse team, the Rhode Island seven-time
Division I champion. He is also actively involved in the
East Bay/ Bristol County Lacrosse Association. Peter has
promoted lacrosse throughout Rhode Island since 1996.

Kara Basque
Varsity - Assistant Coach
A former player at King Philip Regional High School, Kara went on to play at Sacred Heart University before transferring to Umass Dartmouth. As a 4 year varsity starter for the King Philip Warriors, she was awarded Hockomock All Star, Sun Chronicle All Star, and Southern Massachusetts All Star while they were 4x Hockomock League Champions, and 3x South Sectional Champions. Kara was also a 3 year player on Mass Elite where she was awarded 2004 All Galaxy Honorable Mention. She has also assisted at various MaxLAX clinics and camps in Massachusetts. Kara is majoring in Marketing with International Business and Economics minors at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Larissa Basque
Junior Varsity - Assistant Coach
A 3 year starter at King Philip Regional High School, and continued her career to UMass Dartmouth, starting as a defensive wing for UMass Dartmouth Cosairs. Larissa was recognized for her defensive aggression and won an All-Star award senior year in high school. She also was one of two freshman awarded First Team All-Conference Honors in the Little East Conference at UMass Dartmouth. The King Philip Warriors also won South Sectional Champions in 2006. Larissa has grown up around lacrosse and has refereed for youth teams.

Jess Fadale
Lower Youth - Head Coach
A former Barrington High School lacrosse player, she continued her career at
Brown University on the women’s club team. When playing for Barrington,
Jess consistently led the league in assists as a first home attack player on the
Barrington varsity team. Her senior year she was named to First Team All-Division
and First Team All-State. During her senior year as captain, the Barrington High School
girl's lacrosse team went for its first fully undefeated season, not only defending
the title in their league but also defeating all competition they faced across
public/private school divisions. She has organized and run various lacrosse camps as
well as coached middle and high school level girl's teams. Jess is
currently the captain for the women's club lax team at Brown University.
